What are the four types of galvanized steel? What are the characteristics and use cases of each of the four types

Galvanized steel plate because the steel plate is plated with a layer of zinc, has the performance of preventing rust, mainly used in the laying of steel plate roof, the lower chassis of the car and other places.
It can be roughly divided into two categories: melting galvanized steel sheet and electric galvanized steel sheet. More specifically, two types of "alloyed melt galvanized steel sheet" and "electrically alloyed galvanized steel sheet" can be derived. So there are four. Next, this article will introduce you to these four types of galvanized steel sheets.
1. Melt galvanized steel sheet
Melting galvanized steel plate, also known as "tempura" steel plate. The reason for this alias is that when the steel plate is immersed in a tank filled with (high temperature and melted) zinc for a "galvanizing" operation, it is very similar to the moment when the ingredients are immersed in tempura powder. This is why it will be called "tempura" steel plate.
In addition, because the coating of the molten galvanized steel sheet is relatively thick, the corrosion resistance is more excellent than that of the electric galvanized steel sheet, and it is more widely used in the laying of the steel sheet roof.
2. Electric galvanized steel sheet
The steel sheet is immersed in a zinc solution and then electrified, which makes it possible to thin and uniformly plate zinc on the steel sheet. In this way, we can get the electric galvanized steel plate.
The steel plate so obtained looks very beautiful because it is very flat. Such steel plates are suitable for use in places requiring fineness, for example, inside houses, machine products, etc.
As compared with a melt galvanized steel sheet, the plating film is thin, and rust easily occurs without additional plating.
3. Alloying and melting galvanized steel sheet
The general melting galvanized steel sheet is prone to the problem of zinc adhesion on the model during pressure processing. In order to solve this problem, we use cold rolling steel plate for galvanizing operation, and make iron plate and zinc alloy by heat treatment. This operation is the alloy melt galvanized steel sheet.
This kind of steel plate, although there is a certain degree of difficulty in the production, but its processing performance and welding performance is very good, usually used in the bottom of the car parts. In addition, it is also very suitable for coating treatment.
4. Electric alloy galvanized steel sheet
In the production of such a steel sheet, iron divalent ions and zinc divalent examples are mainly alloyed. This kind of steel plate also has good processing performance, welding performance and coating performance because it is alloyed. In addition, compared with other galvanized steel sheets, it also has the advantage that the coating is difficult to peel off.
Anti-rust performance, anti-corrosion performance is excellent, the appearance is also beautiful, flat, so many used in the appearance of the car.
