1. Positioning: According to the shape of the nano anti-corrosion insulation board, choose the pasting position, try not to cut the anti-corrosion insulation board, do not penetrate the anti-corrosion insulation board, and maintain the integrity of the anti-corrosion insulation board to save materials;

2. Alignment: In order to keep the anticorrosion and heat insulation board in the opening part of the upper part of the furnace lining in order, the construction line on the upper part of the anticorrosion and heat insulation board shall be aligned. In principle, the smaller the gap, the better;

3. Cutting: When cutting special-shaped parts, it is required to accurately measure the size with a steel tape, and then place the anti-corrosion insulation board flat on the ground. When measuring the size of the anti-corrosion insulation board with a steel ruler, it is required to be accurate to millimeters, and no approximate difference is allowed. When cutting the anti-corrosion insulation board, press the tangent line with a steel ruler. First, use a paper cutter against the steel ruler to gently scratch the aluminum foil on the surface, then cut off the anti-corrosion insulation board powder along the tangent line, and then cut off the aluminum foil packaging at the lower part of the insulation felt;

4. Sealing: For the cut anti-corrosion insulation board, aluminum foil tape should be used to seal the cut immediately to prevent powder leakage. The unused part of the anti-corrosion insulation board should be gently placed flat in the standby place. Note: The two cuts should be sealed with aluminum foil tape immediately to prevent damage due to leakage of powder;

5. Opening: For the anti-corrosion insulation board that needs to pass through the anchor, use a special paper cutter to align the anchor at the middle position, carefully cut the incision not too large, and do not deviate from the middle position of the anchor, carefully cut The incision should not be too large, and do not deviate from the middle position of the anchor;

6. Drilling: If you need to drill on site, you need to use upper and lower plastic plates, open holes on the plates, clamp the anti-corrosion and heat insulation plates with plastic plates, and then use electric drills to drill accurately;

7. Seams: For places with large gaps, they can be filled with cut and cut leftover materials and pasted with aluminum foil tape.
