Detailed Description
PVDF fluorine-carbon coating is the superb product among existing building coatings. As a recognized organic coating with the best protection function can protect metal building sheets from the damage and can preserve the beautiful color for decades. Up to now, PVDF fluorine-carbon coating has had a history of over 30 years for application to global buildings. Such buildings are still as good as new today. PVDF is polyvinylidene fluoride. The biggest electronegativity of fluorine atom can form very stable fluorine carbon bonds, and its molecules are unique. As a result, PVDF features superb stability, unique UV photolysis resistance and extraordinary insulation and mechanical performance.
I. Definition of fluorine-carbon coating sheet:
Fluorine-carbon coating sheet is the colored stove varnished metal sheet made by applying PVDF fluorine-carbon polyester coating to metal sheet for high-temperature baking.
II. Characteristics of the fluorine-carbon coating sheet:
1. It has superb stability and can keep the stability of various properties in acid/alkali and severely-polluted environments.
2. With the outstanding durability, fluorine-carbon coating sheet can preserve good color and gloss outdoors for 20 years.
3. With the extraordinary processing performance, coated colored sheets possess high toughness and impact resistance and enables post-embossing processing.
III. Purpose of fluorine-carbon color-coated sheets:
